For the first time ever, we’re offering early bird, standard and late deadlines. Whether you’re looking to save a few dollars or need more time, these deadlines provide more convenience in preparing and submitting your entry.
Deadlines
The call for Virtuoso Award entries is now open. The full schedule of deadlines for 2020 is:
- Early-bird deadline: Friday, February 21, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. ET
- Standard deadline: Friday, March 6, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. ET
- EXTENDED late deadline: Friday, May 1, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. ET (Extended due to the extraordinary circumstances of COVID-19.)
Winners will be announced by summer 2020.

Entry fees are paid on a separate secure payment page. You must both upload your entry and pay your entry fee before the corresponding deadline to take advantage of any monetary discounts (e.g. early-bird deadline pricing). No entries will be accepted if submitted or paid for after May 1, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. ET.
